Please submit your application at least 15 business days prior to when you will need the addresses.
Approval of the mailing list requires submission of the flier that will be sent out to the athletes. Race Directors - please note that the USAT Sanctioned Event logo must be present on the filer. Fliers without the logo or with an incorrect logo will not be approved and must be corrected before the mailing list is processed. It is highly recommended that you receive approval of the flier before sending it to the printer.
